Description
TruthGirlz is a relationship-based mentorship program for middle and high school girls. This Christian program combines meaningful relationships, small-group discussions, journaling, and hands on activities with a biblical foundation to help girls develop confidence, healthy decision-making skills, and strong character. Through weekly conversations fueled by participant questions, we address topics like friendship, love, media influence, growing up and healthy communication. TruthGirlz allows girls to explore the female experience in practical, engaging ways during the school day as designated by her school.
Girls do not need to be Christian to participate in or even experience the benefits of TruthGirlz Mentoring. Designed to provide consistent support and meaningful relationships throughout the school year, girls develop and practice skills including problem-solving, self-advocacy, setting healthy boundaries, integrity and resilience in order to improve confidence and mental health.
TruthGirlz fosters purpose and accountability in girls while encouraging participation each semester with the incentive Boutique, a fun shopping experience. We meet weekly during the school day for our High Schoolers during the club/ flex time. Your school decides what day/time we meet and may change this information as needed. Check your email/ text for the most up to date information.
