Young Adult Cohort Ages 18-24
Our Young Adult Cohort is a dedicated space for community members ages 18–24 to step into their power and navigate the transition into adulthood with confidence and care. Through a blend of skill-building, cultural grounding, and intentional mentorship, the cohort supports participants in exploring who they are, what they value, and how they want to show up in the world—personally, professionally, and collectively.

Meeting Expectations for Young Adult Cohort Participants
Meetings will be held either virtually or in person at our main office located at 841 Central Ave N.
Each cohort member is responsible for attending all monthly workshops and trainings. In addition, participants will meet with their care management worker a minimum of two times per month, and no more than five times per month, unless there is an emergency.
