Description
- SOAR United Tutoring is a literacy-specific initiative designed to provide high-quality reading instruction during out-of-school time programming. We believe out-of-school time instructional opportunities can be extremely valuable for students who need additional time, support, and tools to improve their reading skills. Each child will work with an academic guide in a small-group (no more than 4 students) for 90 minutes per week and will receive a minimum of 3 age- and grade-level appropriate books to increase book ownership as a thank you for their participation.
