Description
Our ELO-P Cooking Academy is designed for 6th-8th grade students at Vista Verde Middle School. The purpose of our Cooking Academy is to create healthy meals and snacks to teach students about living a healthy lifestyle. Students will participate by active learning and cooking meals, which include veggie hand rolls, bowtie pasta salad, chicken gyros, veggie chili, and many more options!
