LIU- San Jose VCA Theatre Class (Spring 2026)

Description

LIU SAN Jose Theatre Class — a creative space where faith and performance come together to inspire, uplift,

and bring biblical truths to life through the art of drama.

In this class, students will explore the fundamentals of theater while learning how to use their

voices, expressions, and movements to glorify God. Through skits, monologues, and group

performances, participants will grow in confidence, creativity, and spiritual understanding.

Students will learn to:

 Develop stage presence, character, and expression

 Understand the purpose of storytelling as ministry

 Work collaboratively with others to create meaningful performances

 Explore biblical themes and life lessons through drama

 Use theater as a form of worship and outreach

By the end of the course, students will recognize that Christian theater is more than

entertainment — it’s a powerful tool for sharing God’s message, encouraging others, and using

their gifts to make a difference.
