Description
Students will build confidence, teamwork, artistic skill, and leadership through hands-on training in acting, dance, voice, and stage performance while working toward a collaborative final production entitled “Soar Above”.
Daily Camp Flow
Check-In & Community Warm-Up
Students arrive, participate in icebreakers, movement warm-ups, and a positive leadership or faith-based encouragement moment to start the day.
Acting & Theatre Training
Students explore storytelling, character development, improvisation, and scene work while building confidence and stage presence.
Vocal & Music Instruction
Students participate in vocal warm-ups, learn group performance songs, and practice musical expression and ensemble singing.
Dance & Movement Training
Students learn choreography and develop coordination, rhythm, and performance expression.
Break & Team Building
Students enjoy a short break and participate in fun team-building or leadership development activities.
Showcase Rehearsal & Production Practice
Students combine acting, singing, and dance as they rehearse scenes and performance numbers for the final showcase.
Reflection & Dismissal
Camp concludes with a positive reflection, confidence-building encouragement, and daily announcements.
