Live2Create Foundation Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to promote the social, emotional, cultural, economic, and spiritual wellbeing of black students using the arts. It’s generally recognized that the arts play a major role in the development of students' wellbeing and offer a safe place for them to express themselves freely, build confidence and esteem, and tackle various social and life situations without judgment.
At Live2Create, we believe the arts in and of itself are therapeutic and something internally happens when you engage in the creative process, whether that’s healing, understanding, acceptance, freedom, or just simply experiencing who you are and who you were created to be.

CAMP YO® is a curated social emotional learning experience for teens ages 14-18 looking to find themselves, experience the arts on a new level, and be exposed to the world via travel. Using Live2Create's EASEL® framework to explore mindsets, skills, attitudes, and feelings, a focus on retreating from the busyness of the world, students find purpose, and the key skill of self-leadership, to guide their motivation, social connectedness, and self-regulation upon returning home.
Teens struggle with their identity and want a safe space to express themselves without judgement. They don't trust their current environment and feel lost, neglected, and uncertain of their future. We understand what it's like to not have the necessary assets to become successful. That's why we've been guiding teens towards a future they didn't realize they could have.
Through a network of industry creatives and community advocates, we partner with schools, faith-institutions, parents, and other community organizations to provide in-school-out-of-school mentoring, exposure experiences, workshops, and annual events for personal and professional development, academic enrichment, and career, college, and life readiness.
Our major goal is to develop self-confidence, self-leadership, self-respect, and an appreciation of self-worth in the lives of middle and high school teens.
Teens will identify who they are and who they are called to be using the EASEL framework.
Teens will analyze attitudes, feelings, and behaviors towards current challenges.
Teens will develop newly discovered mindsets, skills, and abilities towards life.
We're strategic about creating brave spaces where teens can explore self, God and the rest of the world in ways that are safe and that interest them. We encourage self-efficacy and assist teens with discovering who they are, who they're meant to be and where they're going in life.
