Description
The NCCF Leadership Program at JC Nalle Community School provides fifth-grade students with engaging opportunities to develop confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, mentoring, group projects, community-service activities, educational field trips, and special events, students will strengthen their communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills.
Enrollment allows students to participate in NCCF-sponsored activities throughout the school year, including leadership sessions, college and career exploration, cultural experiences, recreational outings, and other enrichment opportunities. The program is designed to help fifth graders prepare for middle school, discover their strengths, build positive relationships, and become responsible leaders at school, at home, and in their community.
