Description
This initiative is for students in grades five, six and seven, offering a safe and engaging after-school environment at no cost. Transportation home will be available for all participants at the end of each day. Participants will enjoy designated quiet time to relax, read, or receive homework support, ensuring they can decompress after a busy school day. In addition, students will engage in a variety of physical activities both indoors and outdoors, promoting healthy lifestyles and teamwork. The program will also feature a range of tabletop activities, including arts and crafts, board games, puzzles, and more, allowing children to explore their creativity and interests. We’re particularly excited about our early release days and school vacations, during which we’ll take field trips to exciting locations like Apex Youth Connection located at 45 Granite Street. These trips will not only provide additional activities but also offer opportunities for students to earn a bike.
