Apex AfterCare

Description

This free initiative is open to students in grades five through seven, offering a safe, structured, and engaging after-school environment. Daily transportation home will be provided for all participants.

Students will have designated quiet time each day to relax, read, or receive homework support—giving them a chance to decompress after the school day. A mix of indoor and outdoor physical activities will promote healthy habits and teamwork, while a variety of tabletop options—such as arts and crafts, board games, and puzzles—will encourage creativity and personal interests.

No Electronics Allowed

To keep students fully present and engaged, phones, laptops, and online games (including platforms like YouTube and Roblox) are not permitted during program hours.

We’re especially excited about our early release and school vacation day offerings, which will include field trips to exciting destinations—such as Apex Youth Connection at 45 Granite Street. These experiences will be both fun and meaningful, with opportunities for students to earn a bike through active participation.

Please Note:

We follow the school district calendar. The program will not operate on scheduled no-school days, during emergency closures, or when after-school activities are canceled due to weather.
