Description

We're pleased to announce that we will be hosting another season of camp for local youth in grades 5 through 12! We are also continuing this year to have 15 youth campers.  Our 8-week program will run from Tuesday to Friday, 2 PM to 6 PM, June 23rd, 2026 to August 14th, 2026. The cost for each participant is $225 for the full camp duration. Our goal is to ensure every child has the opportunity to attend, regardless of their financial situation. Please reach out to a staff member at Apex Youth Connection if you need to request a financial scholarship.

Cost and Questions

Apex Summer Camp’s total cost is $225 per camper for the entire 8-week program. Payment can be completed on AfterSchool HQ by card, or at Apex by card, cash or check made out to Apex Youth Connection. This amount can be paid in full at the beginning camp, or we can set up a payment option. Transportation

Transportation for all campers is provided by the Apex staff once at camp. Transportation is not available for pick up and drop off to camper’s residence.  All camp days will begin at the Apex Headquarters.


Gear List:

For each day of Apex Summer Camp, please be sure your child brings:

  • Sunscreen/bug spray
  • Hat
  • Towel
  • Closed-toed shoes
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Snacks, if your child prefers or needs something in particular. A snack is provided.

Please be sure your child does NOT bring:

  • Pocket knives or other knives, lighters, clothing that cannot be damaged.

Cost

  • 1 payment of $230.00 , or
  • 4 payments of $58.25 every two weeks starting today

Schedule

Starts: Tuesday, June 23, 2026
Ends: Friday, August 14, 2026

We will meet from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM every Tue, Wed, Thu, & Fri starting on 6/23/2026 and ending on 8/14/2026
