Description
The CFYCD Summer Learning Program (SLP) sites operate Monday - Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and offer children in rising first through sixth grades from across the county opportunities to engage in experiential learning in a safe and adult-supervised outdoor environment. SLP participants engage in hands-on interactive group activities designed to enhance their skills in science, technology, engineering, math, and reading in fun and creative ways. SLP participants will also participate in age-appropriate sports and recreational activities geared toward team building, skill development, and building self-awareness.
