With the Industrial Division and its acquisitions, Easterseals Crossroads employs persons with disabilities to support its services for those with disabilities. The agency has made great strides to develop its self-supporting model of operation.

Crossroads Industrial Services

Crossroads Industrial Services is a competitive social enterprise division of Easterseals Crossroads. Seventy-five percent of its workforce consists of individuals with disabilities who are paid market wages. The division offers a custom array of solutions along the supply chain continuum (along with manufacturing, assembly, packaging and fulfillment services). Profits generated from this ISO 9001:2015 registered company (with other qualifications such as UL listed, ETL, CSA and FM credentials) support underfunded services at Easterseals Crossroads.
