About
We are a non-profit organization that is focused on building resilience in our Youth and Young Adults by guiding them toward reaching their full potential in life. We will offer the opportunity for every participant to be empowered. We promise to personally walk side by side with them to achieve goals that are set with them through case management. We will target complete well-being with physical, emotional, social and spiritual support.
The program is a 12-month program that consists of monthly topics.
