Evans Ranch Elementary - .2026-2027 1st Grade ELOP
Welcome to the 2026–2027 1st Grade ELOP Program! Our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) provides students with a safe, engaging, and supportive environment focused on enrichment, academic support, social-emotional learning, physical activity, and hands-on experiences that extend learning beyond the school day. Students will participate in a variety of structured activities designed to foster creativity, collaboration, confidence, and continued growth in a positive afterschool setting.
For the 2026–2027 school year, 1st grade families may register for one of the following program schedules only:
2:20 PM – 4:00 PM (12:40-5:00 on Wednesdays*)
2:20 PM – 5:00 PM (12:40-5:00 on Wednesdays*)
Please select the session that best meets your family’s needs, as alternate pickup times outside of these designated program options will not be available. We look forward to another great year in ELOP!

Important Information:
- Student safety is our top priority. All students are expected to Check In and Check Out (CICO) using the PIN created during registration on ASHQ. Contact support@afterschoohq.com
- It is important that you don’t register your child for multiple classes at the same time. Here’s the link to access your account and view your child's schedule in order to make changes.
- Here is the link to our policies and procedures (attendance, behavior, etc.) along with the parent handbook. Attendance is monitored daily. 2-3 absences, early pick and or late pick up may result in being dropped from the program. Behavior expectations during and after school are the same. Positive Behavior strategies are implemented consistently.
- Please communicate with your child’s teacher of his/her BTC-ELOP schedule and remind your child to report to the MPR as all students are required to Check In.
