About

Mission

Mentoring Youth Through Technology (MYTT) inspires, educates, and mentors youth ages 6–18 through hands-on STEM learning and meaningful relationships, helping them move from using technology to creating with it and preparing them for future opportunities.

Vision

A future where every young person, regardless of background, has access to STEM education, sees themselves as a creator and problem-solver, and has the tools to shape their own future through technology.

What Guides Our Work

We believe mentorship changes outcomes.

Through peer and professional mentorship, we help students build relationships that strengthen leadership, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

We create spaces where youth feel supported and capable.

MYTT builds learning environments where students are encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and grow with confidence in their abilities.

We expand access to real STEM opportunities.

We meet youth where they are—through schools, community partnerships, and our STEM Center—to ensure more students can explore technology in meaningful, hands-on ways.

We focus on learning by doing.

Our programs emphasize problem-solving, creativity, and real-world application so youth gain skills they can use beyond the classroom.
