Atlanta Department of Labor and Employment Service - Pathway to Career Empowerment (PACE)

The Pathways to Career Empowerment (PACE) Program supports up to 100 eligible youth and young adults ages 14–24 from low‑income households by providing career services, paid work experience, and access to short‑term occupational training. Through strong community partnerships, the program connects youth ages 14–17 to summer work opportunities and equips young adults ages 18–24 with industry‑recognized certifications and meaningful employment pathways.

The Atlanta Department of Labor and Employment Services (ADOLES) serves as the central hub for career counseling, placement, and resource coordination, while the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation funds training, wages, and program oversight to ensure long‑term career success for participants.
