BOSS Impact Academy equips youth and families with mentorship, education, leadership training, and life skills that prepare them for long-term success. Our programs include mentoring for males and females, parent engagement through the Parent Community Village, academic and creative exploration in the Youth Enrichment Institute, mental health support through Wellness Connect, cultural travel programs, and an Alumni Circle for graduates.
